Come and take advantage of a FREE Wellbeing Check at the Angel Centre.  Our Fitness Consultants are offering free Checks to everyone in the local community aged 16 years and over.

 

During each 30 minute session they will review your physical condition as well as your lifestyle to help ensure your continued wellbeing.  Measurements taken include:

 

·        Height

·        Weight

·        Blood pressure

·        Lung capacity

·        Body fat percentage

·        Body circumference

·        Grip strength

 

At the end of the session the Fitness Consultant will discuss your results and share practical ways in which you can make improvements.
