Our Lifestyles Health & Fitness facilities offer a superbly equipped air-conditioned new look gym, extensive exercise class programme, as well as an indulgent spa at Tonbridge Swimming Pool to help you get in shape and feel fit and healthy.

New Look Lifestyles Gym

The Lifestyles Gym now includes brand new state-of-the-art Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment, to tone, shape and strengthen the body and has a contemporary new look. The relaxed and friendly environment makes it perfect for the first time user or fitness fanatic alike.

Our fitness consultants make it their job to help you attain your goals and reach your maximum potential. Each new Lifestyles member receives a personalised programme which is regularly updated in line with their progress. New users must complete an induction before using the equipment.

For those who want one-to-one attention and motivation, we offer a personal training service.

Exercise Classes

Our extensive Exercise Class Programme includes a range of aerobic, conditioning and holistic classes to suit all ages and fitness levels - you can be sure to find something that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. View the AC Exercise Class Programme here.  There are also a number of water-based classes taking place at Tonbridge Pool including Swim Fit and Aqua Aerobics.

Classes take place seven days a week and are taught by professional instructors who can help and advise on how to achieve your objectives. We also offer EXCEL fitness sessions for 11-18 year olds.

Lifestyles Spa

The Lifestyles Spa at Tonbridge Swimming Pool offers a relaxed atmosphere with sauna, steam, aromatherapy room and spa pool to pamper and cleanse. Two Power Plates are also available so you can tone up, lose weight and reduce cellulite in just a few short sessions each week.

Memberships

You can use our facilities on a pay as you go basis, but if it's membership you're after, we have a number of packages available to suit your lifestyle.
